This page explains how to delete your Find Serve Keep (FSK) account and the data associated with it. FSK is published by BamBamTastic Games, LLC.
Option 1 — delete in the game
Open FSK and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.
Option 2 — request by email
Email info@bambamtastic.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. To help us find the right account, please include:
- The email address or sign-in method you use for FSK (Facebook or Apple)
- Your in-game display name, if you have one
- The platform you play on (iOS or Android)
What gets deleted

What we have to keep
We retain a minimal record of purchases for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years), and any information we are required to keep for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Aggregate, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you are not deleted.
Things worth knowing before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. Progress and virtual items cannot be restored.
- Deleting your account does not refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account. Uninstalling removes the game from your device but leaves your account data on our servers.
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 5 business days, may ask you to verify ownership of the account, and complete deletion within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
